明胶改性棉织物的茶色素染色性能
Dyeing Property of Tea Pigment of Gelatin Modified Cotton Fabric
摘要
Abstract
Tea pigment is apt to combine orderly with large bio-macromolecule such as proteins,lipids and carbohydrate to form a kind of stable system.Gelatin was used to modify cotton fabric in order to improve the dyeing effect of tea pigment and fabric functions.Based on the test results of dyeing effect,color fastness and UV protection ability of dyed fabric,the optimal processing conditions were determined from three aspects including pH value of dyeing solution,dyeing temperature and time.Anti-UV and antibacterial properties test of dyed fabric was conducted.The results showed that Anti-UV property was improved 1～2 times and antibacterial rate of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus were 79.15% and 75.35% respectively.关键词
