摘要
Abstract
By taking a gelatin protein as a raw material,emulsion polymerization with acrylic monomers was conducted to synthesize a kind of protein derivative additive.By taking slurry's grafting ratio,grafting efficiency,sizing rate,reinforcing rate,ratio of stretching and hairiness reducing rate as evaluation index,the influence of synthesis processing conditions such as the mass ratio of glutin,acrylamide,butyl acrylate,synthetic temperature,synthetic time on sizing property of pure cotton yarn was studied.The optimal synthesis processing conditions of protein derivative size were determined: the mass ratio of gelatin,acrylamide and butyl acrylate was 5:4:2,the blending time was 3h at 80℃.关键词
