Abstract
The applications of advanced high strength steel (AHSS) sheets have been gradually increasing in the automotive industry in order to reduce the car body weight.Hence it is of great significance to study the spot welding behavior of AHSS sheets.The present paper mainly reviews the failure mode of resistance spot welds of AHSS in the past years.The focus is on the fracture mode of similar two sheets assemblies,dissimilar two sheets assemblies and three sheets assemblies.Besides,numerical simulations on fracture mode and measures to inhibit the interfacial failure is investigated.Finally,looking forward to the future research on the fracture mode of AHSS spot welded joints.关键词
