摘要
Abstract
For some kinds of defects such as incomplete penetration,undercut and turned-down edge occurred in automatic TIGwelding experiments which are performed on Inconel690/06Cr18Ni1 1Ti dissimilar socket weld,a series of defect influence analysis,cause determination and preventive measures verification research are carried out.And technologies are improved by considering themetallurgical characteristics of two types of materials,weld structure and automatic TIG arc characteristics.The results show themeasures against the three defects are effective and ultimately eliminate these defects.Meanwhile,the proposed measures andcountermeasures have much reference and significance for welding and maintenance of similar material and structural weld in nuclearpower plants.关键词
