摘要

Abstract

When steel plates with narrow gap groove are welded using laser-MAG hybrid welding,groove will affect the shape of laser-induced plasma and arc,resulting in change of the distribution of energy density.Therefore,based on the interaction between the laser-induced plasma and arc,the compression effect of narrow gap groove on the plasma and arc,the laser MAG hybrid surfacing welding heat source model and the laser MAG hybrid welding heat source model which is suitable for narrow gap groove are established respectively.The numerical simulated results of two welding temperature fields show that the simulated weld shapes match the actual weld well,and the width and depth of the simulated weld are close to the test value.The narrow gap groove has an important effect on temperature field distribution.
