摘要
Abstract
In this paper,the fracture modes of projection welding weld of both conventional nut 10B21 and galvanized steel sheets are analyzed.After destructive test,through observing the weld's fracture morphology by SEM and considering its internal microstructure,it is found that there are two kinds of weld fracture modes of projection welding weld for nut:Brittle fracture in fusion zone and mixed fracture of brittle fracture and ductile fracture in sheet HAZ.Theoretical analysis and practical experience reveals that fracture shows some toughness when fracture occurs in sheet HAZ,and this fracture mode is safer for nut projection welding.关键词
