几种淫羊藿提取物中淫羊藿黄酮的分离
Separation of epimedium flavonoids in several epimedium extracts
摘要
Abstract
Separation methods of four kinds of monomer were studied to separate icariin epimedium extract,which included icariin,Epimedin A,B and C.The mass ratio of Epimedin A,B,C and icariin was 5.95 ∶ 11.0 ∶ 24.6 ∶ 58.5 in the raw materials.20.1 g icariin was obtained from 100 g epimedium extract by D-280 macroporous resin column with 60％ ethanol,which purity was more than 90.0％.29.8 g mixed epimedium flavonoids was obtained from mother liquor.The mass ratio of Epimendin A,B,C and icariin was 10.8 to 18.8 to 44.3 to 26.2,indicating that icariin could not be separated by crystallization.The result showed that the product purity of icariin,Epimendin A,B,C were 95.0％,91.0％,90.5％,93.0％ separated by silica gel column,respectively.关键词
