野生艾蒿的组织培养
The tissue culture of wild Artemisia argyi
摘要
Abstract
To protect wild Artemisia argyi resources,axillary bud differentiation and rooting with the stems of Artemisia argyi as explant materials were conducted by tissue culture technique.The results showed that the explants sterilized with 0.1％ HgCl2 for 6-8 min played a satisfactory sterilizing effect.6-BA and IAA were the optimum hormone for differentiation and rooting of tube seedlingsrespectively.The ideal rapid propagation medium was MS + 0.5 mg/L 6-BA + 0.5 mg/L IAA,in which the buds could grow more vigorously and the root grow more quickly,and could be proliferated by 8 to 15 times cultured for 21 days.关键词
