摘要

Abstract

Recently, many in vivo and in vitro studies have demonstrated that Echinacea and its extract can en-hance immunity of animals, and have the anti-inflammation, anti-microbial and antiviral function. The mecha-nisms of Echinacea and its extract regulating immunity could be derived from the combination of cell-surface receptors, the activation of related signaling pathways and the expression of immune-related genes. Thus, the in vivo and in vitro related researches of Echinacea and its extract on immune function of animals and its possi-ble mechanisms in recent years were reviewed this paper.
