摘要
Abstract
As a ω-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid, docosahexaenoic acid ( DHA) plays an important role in hu-man and animal' s body. The biological functions and the metabolic mechanism of DHA, comparing the differ-ence source of DHA and its applications in poultry production were reviewed in this paper aimed at providing the reference for DHA' s scientific applications in poultry production.关键词
