羊乳脂球膜蛋白研究的新进展
New Progress of Milk Fat Globule Membrane Proteins Research for Sheep and Goats
摘要
Abstract
Milk protein, consists of caseins, whey proteins, milk fat globule membrane proteins ( MFGMPs) and other ingredients, is one of the most important components of the milk and is a major index for evaluating milk quality. MFGMPs is a special sub-unit of milk protein, which has the functions of anti-cancer, anti-virus infection, increasing immunity, etc. Additionally, MFGMPs has a close relationship with the occurrence of multiple sclerosis, autism, coronary heart disease. This paper mainly reviewed the components of MFGMPs in sheep and goat milk and its differential components among different breeds, different lactation stages, different species, and between acute phase and normal phase, which could facilitate us to understand the components, functions and secretion mechanism of MFGMPs better, and thus provide theoretic references for making reason-able weaning strategy for lambs and developing optimal formula of lambs' milk replacer.关键词
