碘醚柳胺驱虫对6月龄伊犁马营养物质消化代谢及生长发育的影响
Effects of Rafoxanide Deworming on Digestion and Metabolism of Nutrients, Growth and Development of 6-Month-Old Yili Horses

Abstract
This experiment was conducted to study the effects of rafoxanide deworming on digestion and me-tabolism of nutrients, growth and development of 6-month-old Yili horses. Ten 6-month-old ( date of birth ± 5 d) Yili horses from the same pasture with the average body weight of (117.60±15.84) kg under the same feeding condition were divided into 2 groups, and each group had 5 horses. One group was control group, and the other was trial group. Horses of trial group were dewormed by a anthelmintic-rafoxanide suspension ( 14 mL/horse) , while horses of control group were not treated. After deworming, the digestion and metabo-lism experiment was arranged, and the experiment lasted for 20 days with 15 days for adaptation and 5 days for sampling. The results showed that rafoxanide deworming did not significantly affect the intake, digestion, ex-traction and digestibility of nutrients ( P>0.05) , but the digestibility of neutral detergent fiber, acid detergent fiber and calcium of the trial group was increased by 18. 17%, 16. 37% and 17. 36% than that of the control group, respectively. Nitrogen retention and nitrogen retention rate of the trial group were increased by 65.90%(P<0.05) and 73.20% (P<0.05) than those of the control group, respectively. The total increases of body height and chest measurement of the trial group were increased by 123.58% (P<0.05) and 48.31%% (P<0.05) than those of the control group. In conclusion, rafoxanide deworming plays a positive role in the nutrient digestion and metabolism of 6-month-old Yili horses, which is reflected in the improvement of digestibility and retention of nitrogen and the increase of body height and chest measurement.关键词
