鳙鱼对10种蛋白质饲料原料中营养物质的表观消化率
Apparent Digestibility of 10 Kinds of Feed Ingredients for Bighead Carp ( Aristichthys nobilis)

Abstract
This experiment was conducted to investigate the apparent digestibility of dry matter ( DM) , crude protein ( CP) , ether extract ( EE) , gross energy ( GE) and amino acids ( AA) in domestic fish meal, distill-ers dried grains with solubles, rapeseed meal, rice bran, soybean meal, enzyme feather meal, cottonseed meal, wheat bran, corn gluten meal and peanut meal for bighead carp ( Aristichthys nobilis) . The experimental diets were consisted of 70% basal diet and 30% test feed ingredients, and added 0.5% Y2O3 as an exogenous indicator. Bighead carp with an average body weight of (290.02±2.82) g were randomly divided into 11 groups with 3 replicates in each group and 10 fish in each replicate. The fish in randomly group were fed a bas-al diet, and the rest groups were fed one of ten test diets. The fecal samples were collected by instant siphonage method after feeding one week. The results showed as follows:1) the ranges of apparent digestibility of DM, CP, EE and GE in ten feed ingredients were 69.9% to 85.7%, 73.5% to 88.3%, 81.2% to 91.1% and 81.9%to 86.3%. 2) In the ten feed ingredients, the rice bran had the highest apparent digestibility of GE, while the fish meal had the highest apparent digestibility of DM, CP and EE. The lowest apparent digestibility of DM, EE and GE was found in enzyme feather meal, and the apparent digestibility of CP in corn gluten meal was the lowest. 3) The apparent digestibility of AA in all feed ingredients remained at 65. 59% to 99. 17%, and the wheat bran was lower. It is concluded that fish meal shows the best utilization effects for Bighead carp, fol-lowed by peanut meal and soybean meal, while the apparent digestibility of CP in enzyme feather meal is the lowest, the apparent digestibility of AA in wheat bran is lower.关键词
