Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect and security of interferon α-2b for spray in the treatment of children herpangina.Methods:A total of 60 children with herpangina treated in our hospital from Jan.2014 to Jan.2015 were selected.They were divided into observation group (n =30) and control group (n =30).The control group was given basic treatment of herpangina.The observation group was given interferon α-2b for spray (3 to 4 times a day) on the basis of control group.The temperature recovery time,disappearance time of herpes and ptyalism,hospital stay,the adverse reaction rate and treatment efficiency rate were compared between two groups.Results:The temperature recovery time,disappearance time of herpes and ptyalism,hospital stay were shorter than those of control group (P＜0.05).The treatment efficiency rate of observation group was higher than that of control group (93.3％ vs 70.0％,P＜0.05).There were no significant difference in adverse reaction rate between observation group and control group (13.3％ vs 10.0％,P＞0.05).Conclusion:Interferon α-2b for spray is effective and safe in the treatment of children herpangina on the basis of basic treatment.It is worthy of clinic application.关键词
