我院2015年儿科临床药师临床会诊情况分析
Practice of Pediatrics Clinical Pharmacist Participating in Clinical Consultation
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the status quo of pediatrics clinical pharmacist participating in clinical consultation and to evaluate the effect of clinical pharmacist consultation practice.Methods:The case data of pediatrics clinical pharmacist participating in the consultation in our hospital from January to December 2015 were performed the retrospective and statistical analysis.Results:Pediatrics clinical pharmacist participated in consultation 106 case-times,the frequency of the pediatric intensive care unit applying for consultation was maximal,accounting for 34.91％.The adopting rate of consultation suggestions was 83.96％,the treatment effective rate was 60.67％.Conclusion:There is some clinical demand for the pediatrics clinical pharmacist consultation and a high compliance is showed for the suggestions of pharmacist consultation.To enhance the level of rational use of drug and meet the clinical needs,clinical pharmacist need to continuously improve their quality and business level.关键词
