Abstract
Objective:To investigate prescription medication on acute upper respiratory tract infection in Liuzhou People's Hospital,analyze medicine characteristics of this disease in pediatrics clinic and promote rational use of drugs in clinical practice.Methods:A total of 8,439 prescriptions of pediatric acute upper respiratory tract in January 2016 in Liuzhou People's Hospital were selected to conduct retrospective analysis.Results:The proportion of proprietary Chinese medicine,antibiotics and self-prepared preparation by our hospital were respectively 63.21％,46.56％ and 3.18％,all of them were oral administration.Hormonal drugs utilization rate were 3.76％,mainly injected.Self-prepared preparation by our hospital was mainly single use,proprietary Chinese medicine,antibiotics and hormonal drugs were mainly combination medication.Conclusion:Application status of drugs on acute upper respiratory tract infection exist unreasonable phenomena and need further improvement.关键词
