摘要

Abstract

In allusion to the problem of single power quality compensation device being difficult to satisfy requirements for rapid electric power development, this paper presents an optimal solution of adopting unified power quality conditioner (UPQC) to comprehensively solve voltage type and current type power quality problems.After summarizing and analyzing topology structures and control schemes of UPQC, it presents two kinds of topology structures suitable to integrate with micro-grids.Meanwhile, it makes a summing up of application status quo of UPQC and states its application requirements as well as challenges.Finally, in aspects of topology structure, coordination control method for the converter, design on high fault tolerance rate of the converter, and so on, it expects application prospect of UPQC.
