摘要
Abstract
Based on characteristics of smaller individual project and numerous numbers of the power distribution network projects, it is necessary to take mass project group developed in many years of the power distribution network in a certain region as a unified whole for economy and investment benefit analysis evaluation and decision-making.Therefore, this paper constructs an index system including power gains, construction earnings and potential earnings which uses the principal component analysis method for optimization and dimension reduction processing on original redundancy and associated index systems, and comprehensively considers and quantifies identity degree, difference rate and opposite degree of evaluation objects by using the set pair analysis method so as to make decision according to evaluation results.Analysis on actual examples indicates that evaluation results of this method are intuitional and agree with actualities, and use ratio of data information is higher.Thus, this method is proved to be suitable for investment benefit decision-making for power distribution network projects.关键词
