抑制交直流配电网间功率波动的控制策略
Control Strategy for Restraining Power Fluctuation Between AC and DC Power Distribution Networks

Abstract
The characteristic of random fluctuation of renewable source may degrade voltage quality of AC grid-connection point or even endanger normal operation of AC power distribution network due to its high proportion in DC power distribution network.In order to restrain influence of this power fluctuation on the AC power distribution network, this paper presents a kind of method for calculating the maximum value of power fluctuation between DC and AC power distribution networks and establishes two indexes including sum of exchange power fluctuation out-of-limit amplitudes and fluctuation out-of-limit probability between AC and DC power distribution networks.Based on quantitative indexes, it proposes a combined control strategy for restraining power fluctuation between AC and DC power distribution networks by using energy storage and flexible DC converter.Simulation results of hand-in-hand DC power distribution network indicate that this strategy can effectively reduce probability of active power fluctuation out-of-limit and improve the ability of DC power distribution network to absorb renewable sources.关键词
