乳腺癌患者血浆HSP90α的表达及临床意义
Expression and clinical significance of HSP90α in breast cancer
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of HSP90α in peripheral blood of patients with breast cancer and to explore its role in the pathogenesis of breast cancer.Methods The subjects included the group of breast malignant tumor (54 cases),the group of benign breast tumor (20 cases),and the control group (60 healthy volunteers).All subjects were female and were collected peripheral blood to detect the expression level of HSP90αt in plasma by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).Results The expression level of HSP90α in the peripheral blood in the patients with breast cancer was significantly higher than that in the control group.It was not correlated with age,menstrual status,tumor size,and lymph node metastasis in the patients with breast cancer (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusions The increase of the expression level of HSP90α in the peripheral blood of patients with breast cancer has a certain relation in the occurrence and development of breast cancer,so the detection of the concentration of HSP90α in peripheral blood has a certain clinical significance in the treatment for breast cancer.关键词
