摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the safety and efficacy of 532 nm laser in treatment of retinal degeneration or split holes before LASIK.Methods 120 patients undertaking LASIK from March,2014 to July,2015 were selected and divided into a control group and an experimental group.The control group was treated by LASIK directly and the experimental group was treated by 532 nm laser before LASIK.The results were compared between these two groups.Results The experimental group surgery 1 week,1 month,6 months,and 1 year after LASIK,there were no statistical differences in visions between these two groups (P ＞ 0.05).The incidence of complications was lower in the experimental group than in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions 532 nm laser in the treatment of retinal degeneration or split holes before LASIK can effectively prevent complications,such as retinal detachment,and has no obvious effect on the patients' vision,so it if of high value.关键词
