奥硝唑联合Vitapex根管充填治疗急性根尖周炎疗效观察
Ornidazole combining Vitapex root canal filling for acute periapical periodontitis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of ornidazole combining Vitapex root canal filling for acute periapical periodontitis (APP).Methods 110 patients with APP treated at our department were selected and randomly divided into an observation group (91 teeth) and a control group (89 teeth),55 cases for each group.The control group was given Vitapex root canal filling treatment;in addition,the observation group was intravenously dripped omidazole.The reactions 1 week after treatment and the clinical efficacies 1 and 3 months after treatment were compared between these two groups.Results 1 week after treatment,the reactions were better in the observation group than in the control group,with a statistical difference (P ＜ 0.05).1 and 3 months after treatment,the clinical efficacies were 85.4％ and 86.5％ in the control group and were 95.6％、97.8％ in the observation group,with statistical differences (all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Ornidazole combining Vitapex root canal filling for APP is effective and highly safe and can significantly relieve pain,clear bacteria,improve periapical inflammation,and shorten treatment time.关键词
