Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yanggu point needle movement on healthy side combining local bloodletting treatment of triangle cartilage injury.Methods 126 patients with triangle cartilage injury treated at our hospital from January,2014 to October,2016 were selected as study objects.Needles were placed in the patients' Yanggu acupoints of wrist joints on the healthy side,flexion and extension and adduction and abduction to maximum range were done on the injured sides,and local bloodletting therapy was taken.Before and after treatment,wrist pain,functional status,range of motion,grip strength were compared and analyzed by Mayo score method.Results After treatment,the cured rate was 94.44％.The patient's scores of pain,functional status,scope,and grip strength were higher after than before treatment,with statistical differences (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Yanggn acupoint needle movement combining contralateral local bloodletting for triangle cartilage injury can significantly improve the symptoms of pain and wrist joint function and increase range of motion and grip strength and is obviously effective,so it is worth bieng clinically generalized.关键词
