摘要

Abstract

Objective To explore the correlation between helicobacter pylori infection and circulating CD4+ CD25+ regulatory T cells in children with bronchial asthma.Methods 160 children with bronchial asthma in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2016 were divided into attack group and remission group according to the onset of asthma.80 healthy children during the same period were selectedas the control group.Detected helicobacter pylori infection in children with bronchial asthma,and compared CD4+ CD25+ regulatory T cells among the three groups.Results The positive rate of helicobacter pylori in the attack group was significantly higher than that in the remission group (42.50% vs.22.50%;x2=12.266,P<0.05).The level of CD4+ CD25+ regulatory T cells in helieobaeter pylori negative group was significantly higher than that in the positive group [(8.01±2.43) vs.(5.38±2.16);F=5.554,P<0.05].Conclusion When helicobacter pylori infection occurred,increased infection led to abnormal immune function,CD4+ CD25+ regulatory T cells decreased,which may lead to the occurrence of bronchial asthma.
