Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of tacrolimus ointment in the treatment of photosensitive skin diseases.Methods 90 cases of photosensitive skin diseases in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2016 were selected as the research object,and divided into two groups randomly,45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with hirudoid ointment,while the observation group was treated with tacrolimus ointment.The clinical total efficiency,pruritus score,lesion score,life quality score,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group after 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment were 82.22％ and 95.56％ respectively,those in the control group were 60.00％ and 80.00％,with statistically significant differences between the two groups (P＜0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the skin pruritus score,lesion score,and life quality score in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P＜0.05);the skin pruritus score,lesion score,and life quality score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05).In the course of treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 8.89％,and 6.67％ in the control group,without statistically significant difference between the two groups (P＞0.05).Conclusion Tacrolimus ointment in the treatment of photosensitive skin diseases has significant clinical efficacy,can effectively relieve skin itching,skin lesions,and other symptoms in patients,improve the quality of life of patients,with fewer adverse reactions.关键词
