Abstract
Objective To investigate the protective effect of compound glycyrrhizin on liver damage in children with cytomegalovirus hepatitis (CMV).Methods 72 children with CMV in department of paediatrics of our hospital from January 2014 to May 2016 were randomly divided into two groups,36 patients in each group.The control group was given liver protection,antivirus,treating jaundice,and other symptomatic treatment,and the observation group was treated with compound glycyrrhizin injection on the basis of the control group.Compared the liver function,radiological data,curative effect,and adverse reactions between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of ALT,AST,TBIL,DBIL,IBIL,and TBA in the two groups significantly decreased compared with before treatment,and those in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.44％,significantly higher than 72.22％ of the control group (P＜0.05).14 patients (38.89％) in the control group had adverse reactions,and 5 patients (13.89％) in the observation group had adverse reactions,with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion Compound glycyrrhizin can reduce the levels ofALT,AST,TBIL,DBIL,IBIL,and TBA and relieve liver damage,has clinical curative effect on children with cytomegalovirus hepatitis.关键词
