Measurement and Analysis of Optical Constants of Float Glass Based on Genetic Algorithm
摘要
Abstract
The optical constant of float glass is the basis of optical design and quality control of the coated product.Because the reflected light can not reflect the material absorption characteristics,as well as the multiple reflection of the glass two interface to generate the depolarization problem,to make use of ellipsometry to analyze the optical constants of float glass is not applicable.In this paper,by using the spectrophotometer to measure the transmission spectrum 300-2500 nm range of float glass,based on the spectral characteristics,a composite oscillator model with the core of gaussian and pole oscillators was established,a total of 15 unknown parameters,using genetic algorithm to obtain the optimum oscillator parameters according to the transmission spectrum,the corresponding optical constants were obtained,which were in accordance with the basic optical properties of float glass.关键词
