摘要
Abstract
Parkinson's Disease(PD) is the second most common neurodegenerative disease after Alzheimer's disease. Its pathological change is death of dopaminergic neurons in the substantianigra, consenquently the dopamine level of the striatumis decreased, resulting in a series of clinical symptoms.The regional brain change has been intensivily investigated with structural MRI.With the development of multimodality MRI,researchers can further evaluate PD from the hemodynamic, cerebral white matter fiber tracts imaging, metabolism level and functional connectivity.Moreover, multimodality MRI can offer radiological evidences for clinical diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis.We reviewed the research progress of multimodality MRI in PD.关键词
