摘要
Abstract
It is very important to sensitively, dynamically and non-invasively monitor the changes of blood-brain barrier in a variety of central nervous system diseases, such as stroke, hemorrhage, multiple sclerosis, intracranial tumor and so on. Dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI (DCE-MRI) is a functional imaging method which using small molecule paramagnetic contrast agent to evaluate the tissue blood perfusion.Through the Ktrans and other parameters,it can timely and accurately evaluate the leision inflammatory activity of multiple sclerosis and the degree of brain damage caused by spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage.It can also provide earlier diagnosis of ischemic stroke and information for treatment planning. DCE-MRI plays a critical role in diagnosis and classification of intracranial tumors, and monitoring the response to treatment inmultiple sclerosis and ischemic stroke.关键词
