Abstract
New energy resources and electric power in northwest China are of significant surplus,which contributes to the abandonment of wind and luminous energy resources and brings serious contradictions of accommodation.Based on the theory of electric power market transaction,this study comprehensively analyzes the preconditions of interregional new power generation right transactions,the bilateral/multilateral exchange process,and market exchange patterns in the area considering accommodation of new energy resources.Moreover,mechanisms and principles of such kind of transactions are explored,and exchange revenue models are built up based on the smallest coal accommodation and pollutant discharge amount.Eventually,simulated trades in Gansu and Hubei provinces are taken as examples.Results demonstrate that the exchange pattern of interregional power generation right considering accommodation of new energy resources is creative and effective.Moreover,it can play an active role in relieving the surplus of new energy resources and electric power as well as in solving contradictions of accommodation.Therefore,it is of considerable theoretical and practical significance for remote power generation right trades in the future.关键词
