Abstract
Objective To analyze the related influencing factors of comfort degree after permanent pacemaker implantation for elderly patients to provide evidence for improving patients’ comfort degree. Method Choose 80 elderly patients after permanent dual chamber pacemaker implantation . Collect the scores from patients ’ comfort degree questionnaire , self-rating anxiety scale ( SAS ) , pain score on sandbags oppression of incision and incidence of waist and back pain . Take correlation analysis between comfort degree score and 4 items. Then make stepwise regression analysis on single correlation variable. Result Score on SAS, score on sandbags oppression of incision and incidence of waist and back pain all have obvious negative correlation with comfort degree score (P<0.05). Three items of score on SAS, score on sandbags oppression of incision and incidence of waist and back pain are concluded into regression equation as independent variable after stepwise regression analysis (P<0.05). Conclusion Pain and anxiety all have negative correlation with comfort degree after permanent pacemaker implantation for elderly patients. Enhancing postoperative pain nursing care and psychological intervention can improve patients’ comfort degree.关键词
