山牡荆提取物对大鼠慢性肾炎模型的药效学实验研究
The Pharmacodynamic Study of Extract of Vitex Quinata on Rat Model of Chronic Glomerulonephritis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of extract of Vitex quinata on rat model of chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods:The 60 rats were randomly divided into four groups,referred to as mountain vitex extract treatment group,positive control group,model group and normal control group,each 15 rats.Forward three groups rat model of chronic glomerulonephritis,given the appropriate medication at a dose of 10 mg/kg/d,for 4 weeks.Results:The corresponding index,urine protein,serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,serum lipid levels of rat model significantly improved with extract of Vitex quinata.Conclusion:Extract of Vitex quinata has a therapeutic effect in rats with chronic nephritis.关键词
