补肾强筋胶囊治疗乳腺癌芳香化酶抑制剂相关骨关节症状的临床观察
Effect of Bushen Qiangjin Capsule（补肾强筋胶囊）on Aromatase Inhibitor Associated Musculosketetal Symptoms of Postmenopausal Women with Breast Cancer

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect and safety of the Bushen Qiangjin Capsule (补肾强筋胶囊) in the treatment of aromatase inhibitor associated musculosketetal symptoms (AIMSS) of postmenopausal women with breast cancer.Methods:The 65 patients with aromatase inhibitor associated musculosketetal symptoms were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in the control group taking calcium D 0.6 g,once a day,35 cases in the treatment group taking calcium D and Bushen Qiangjin Capsule 2 tablets,three times a day,treatment time is 4 weeks.Results:The VAS scores of two groups after treatment statistically decreased (P＜0.05).The VAS score of the treatment group was lower than the control group (P＜0.05).The BPI scores of daily life,the ability to walk,daily work,sleeping after the treatment statisti cally decreased (P＜0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group (P＜0.05).During the medication,two groups have no obvious adverse reaction occurred.Conclusion:Bushen Qiangjin capsule has a definite curative effect on AIMSS.关键词
