卫星高精度载荷安装平台热变形隔离技术研究
Research on Thermal Deformation Isolation for High-precision Satellite Platform Mounted Payload

Abstract
In order to control the on-orbit deformation of high resolution satellite,this paper presents a method of thermal deformation isolation based on flexible connection for high-precision satellite platform mounted payload.In the background of model application,the theoretical analysis is carried out and the verification experiment is designed for the method.The test results show that compared to rigid connections,the deformation decreases by an order of magnitude when the payload mounting plate is flexibly connected with satellite platform.The flexible connection can effectively prevent the roles of thermal deformation from satellite platform,so payload mounting plate does not produce significant warpage.The technology can guarantee pointing accuracy for sensitive instrument.关键词
