航天重大工程项目卓越管理模式研究
Research on Excellence Management Model for Major Aerospace Programs
摘要
Abstract
The goal of China major aerospace programs is "continual striving for excellence while tackling tough".The sustainable development of strategic route,scientificalness of the management system,integration of system methods,systematic of assessment and the other problems need to be solved during program development management.Based on the worldwide adopted and applied performance excellence model,an excellence management model for major aerospace programs is proposed to solve the problems above.This model is guided by the basic idea of system science,the concept of performance excellence and the engineering practice of China aerospace program,with the core elements of "excellent leadership,excellent process and excellent result".Its connotation is systematically expounded combining its specific application in the Phase Ⅱ project of CLEP (Chinese Lunar Exploration Program).Engineering practice shows that the proposed model is suitable for the development and management of major aerospace programs,and has a prospective value to promote its application.关键词
