中国对地观测卫星在缅甸洪涝灾害应急监测中的应用
Application of China Earth Observation Satellites for Myanmar Flood Emergency Monitoring
摘要
Abstract
During July to August in 2015,Myanmar suffered severe floods disaster which caused massive damages and losses.With the request of Myanmar government,several domestic satellites of China have been mobilized for the disaster monitoring.The archived and post disaster acquired satellite images were used for flooded extent and impact estimation with open affiliated data integrated.The satellite-based emergency mapping service provided by NDRCC has effectively supported the Myanmar emergency response.The data,workflow,methodologies and outcome of the Myanmar flood emergency mapping service have been systematically analyzed,which manifest the capacity for using domestic land observation satellites for international major disaster monitoring service.Some suggestions and expectations have been proposed for the future application in this regard.关键词
