Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of emergency nursing pathway on clinical efficacy of patients with acute coronary syndrome.Methods A total of 104 patients with acute coronary syndrome were divided into observation group and control group according to acute coronary syndrome,the control group underwent routine nursing,and the observation group underwent emergency nursing pathway.Emergency care shunt time,residence time of the emergency department,admission to the first time of balloon expansion were compared,satisfaction,postoperative complications and mortality were compared.Results The emergency care shunt time,residence time of the emergency department,admission to the first time of balloon expansion in the observation group were significantly less than control group (P ＜ 0.05).Patients' satisfaction in observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The incidence of complications in observation group was significantly lower than control group (P ＜ 0.05),but mortality of the two groups had no significantly difference (P ＞0.05).Conclusion Emergency nursing pathway can effectively improve the emergency processing time for patients with acute coronary syndrome,and reduce complications.关键词
