Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on postoperative rehabilitation of elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods A total of 88 elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia in department of urology were randomly divided into two groups,with 44 cases in per group.The observation group was given perioperative fast-track surgery nursing,and the control group received routine nursing.The postoperative recovery of the two groups was compared.Results The exhaust time,ambulation time,eating time,infusion time,hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).The postoperative complications in the observation group were less than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).The RUV and Qmax after 1 week in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Fast-track surgery can accelerate postoperative rehabilitation of elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia,reduce postoperative complications and improve long-term efficacy.关键词
