Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical value of evidence-based nursing in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome.Methods A total of 68 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome were divided into control group and experimental group,with 34 cases per group,given routine nursing and evidence-based nursing,respectively.Blood pressure,clinical curative effect,and the improvement of mental state and patients' satisfaction were observed.Results Systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of patients in experimental group were better than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05);The clinical effect of patients in experimental group was significantly better than the control group (P ＜ 0.05);The SAS score and SDS score of patients in experimental group were better than the control group (P ＜ 0.05);The experimental group had higher nursing satisfaction than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing for patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome can effectively improve patients' blood pressure,improve patient's psychological condition,clinical curative effect and quality of life.So it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
