冠心病病人危险因素和自我管理行为的调查与分析
Investigation and analysis of risk factors and self-management behavior of patients with coronary heart disease

Abstract
Objective:To understand the risk factors and status quo of self-management behavior of hospitalized patients with coronary heart disease (CHD),and analyzed the relationship between them.Methods:By using descriptive study design,a questionnaire survey was conducted on 100 patients with CHD of cardiology department from a hospital in Beijing,including Coronary heart disease risk factors questionnaire and Coronary artery disease Self-management Scale (CSMS).Results:The overall situation of self-management behavior of hospitalized patients with CHD was poor.ANOVA single factor analysis of variance showed that the total score of self-management behavior decreased with the increase of the number of risk factors of CHD (P<0.05).Conclusion:To strengthen the health education of self-management behavior of hospitalized patients with CHD,individual health education strategies could be formulated according to the number of risk factors,in order to achieve the goals including control the risk factors of CHD effectively,delay the progress of the disease and improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
