Bibliometrics analysis of humanistic care in 22 nursing journals

Abstract
Objective:To understand the status quo and existing problems of humanistic care in nursing of China,to reveal its characteristics and research trends,and to provide a reference for future development of humanistic care.Methods:A total of 22 kinds of nursing journals were retrieved from databases including China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI),Wanfang,Vip and Chinese biomedical databases.The pieces of literature were collected from the beginning of those databases construction to December 1,2016,and the standards-compliant pieces of literature were analyzed.Results:A total of 523 articles were included in the study.The first published article was at 2002.The number of published pieces of literature increased gradually from 2005.A total of 104 pieces of literature were supported by the fund,accounting for 19.88% of the total pieces of literature.There were more pieces of literature focusing on clinical nursing (68.83%,360/523),and less on theoretical studies (5.16%,27/523).Conclusion:Although the humanistic care has been strengthened,there were several main problems including lack of understanding on the theory of humanistic care;nurses do not clear the process of implementation of humanistic care;the level of nursing humanistic care education was low;lack of theory of humanistic care and so on.Nursing managers and educators should focus on strengthening humanistic care education and theoretical excavation,to provide theoretical support for the development of humanistic care,and to promote the better development of humanistic care.关键词
