颅脑损伤气管切开术后吞咽障碍康复的Meta分析
Meta analysis of rehabilitation of dysphagia in craniocerebral trauma patients after tracheotomy

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the rehabilitation effect of dysphagia in craniocerebral trauma patients after tracheotomy.Methods:The randomized controlled trials about rehabilitation of dysphagia in craniocerebral trauma patients after tracheotomy were searched in the data of CNKI,Wan Fang Date,VIP,CBM,PubMed,Web of Science,EBSCO host and Elsevier.RevMan 5.3 software was used for Meta-analysis.Results:A total of 14 studies involving 1 007 patients were included.The results showed that there was statistically significant difference in the total effective rate,the cure rate,the incidence of inhaled pneumonia and the score of swallowing function between both groups (P<0.05);the malnutrition or dehydration-related complications was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:Implementation of rehabilitation nursing measures could effectively improve dysphagia in craniocerebral trauma patients after tracheotomy,improve the cure rate,reduce aspiration pneumonia and malnutrition or dehydration or other complications,thereby enhancing the swallowing function score.关键词
