南方荚蒾Viburnum fordiae果实营养成分特征研究
Study on the Characteristics of NutritionalIngredient in Viburnum Fordiae Fruit
摘要
Abstract
Viburnum fordiae Hance is a shrub plant of Caprifoliaceae.To exploit and make full use of the wild resources,the fruit of Viburnum fordiae was determined and compared with other fruits.The result indicated that the fruit is rich in nutrients,especially sugar,Vc and the content of trace elements.Among them,the content of total sugar is 33.64%,the content of reducing sugar is 32.88% and the content of Vitamin C is up to 58.46 mg/100g.The content of trace elements decline in sequence from K,Ca,P,Mg,Fe,Zn,Cu to Se.Compare with other fruits,the content of total sugar or reducing sugar in Viburnum fordiae fruit is higher than that in apple;its Vc content is significantly higher than blueberry and apple;and its content of potassium,calcium,phosphorus are higher than blueberry as well.关键词
