Abstract
Patent portfolio of enterprise is the way to enhance market competitiveness by optimizing the distribution of patent resources.In competitive marketplace our country enterprises always are restricted on patent licensing and patent infringement litigation by foreign enterprises.Therefore,patent portfolio is imperative.Patent portfolio is flexible and diverse,it can creatively combine key patents to change leading position in the industry,it also can merge and acquire patents to fill gaps in their own technology,and it also can arrange peripheral patents to reach a patent cross-licensing.Enterprise should choose patent portfolio in line with respective realities,in order to give play to the greatest advantage of patents for development.关键词
