Integrated optimization of supply chain in Ganzhou nonferrous metal industry
摘要
Abstract
Non-ferrous metal industry is the leading industry which influences the development of Ganzhou industrial. The exacerbated changes in the external environment and doleful non-ferrous metal market result in the grim situation of the development of Ganzhou nonferrous metals industry cluster. Managing the industrial cluster by integration of the supply chain can optimize the operating mechanism of non-ferrous metal industry cluster and promote the upgrading of the industry. Based on the analysis of current policy and demands of the development of Ganzhou non-ferrous metals industry, the supply chain integration dilemma and the implementation approach of non-ferrous metal industry cluster were explored thoroughly. Finally, according to current situation of the nonferrous metals industry, some suggestions for the optimization of non-ferrous metal industry supply chain integration in Ganzhou were put forward with the industrial cluster perspective.关键词
