《职业学校教师企业实践规定》在职业院校的执行情况及对策研究
Research on Implementation and Countermeasures of Regulations on Vocational School Teachers Practice in Business in Vocational Colleges

Abstract
This paper investigated the current situation of the guarantee policy of teachers' practice in business during the implementation of Regulation on Vocational School Teachers' Practice in Businesses in some vocational colleges and schools in Sichuan Province.The study shows that: higher vocational schools generally knew the regulation, but only 63.64% secondary vocational schools knew it;73.17% schools (of which higher vocational colleges accounts for 83.33% , secondary vocational schools accounts for 45.45%) have issued policies to protect teachers' practice in business.However, most policies are not effectively implemented, and the evaluation solely became an empty talk.The implementation of this policy meets difficulties such as the lack of teachers, special budget and cooperative enterprises, etc.It's suggested that schools broaden the channels of brain gain to recruit enough teachers, attach importance to scientific and technological cooperation, and strive for the support of all parties.关键词
