摘要

Abstract

Objective To establish a quality standard for Maipingpian,a Chinese medicine.Methods Thinlayer chromatography (TLC) was applied to the identification of Ginkgo biloba leaves (EGb),and TLC of emodin and physcion was improved.Total flavonol glycosides determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used with a photo-diode array detector.Results TLC of Ginkgolide A,EGb,emodin and physcion had distinct characteristic spots of separation and there was no interference in the negative comparison.The linear range of quercetin was between 0.029-0.588 μg (r=0.999 7);Kaempferol was between 0.062--0.411 μg (r=0.999 8);Isorhamnetin was between 0.057-0.566 μg (r=0.999 8).The mean recovery of quercetin was 97.22%,RSD=l.28%;Kaempferol was 98.15%,RSD=1.40%;Isorharrnetin was 97.16% and RSD=l.47%.Conclusion TLC and HPLC are accurate,reliable and simple in operation,which can be used for the quality control of Maipingpian.
