烟煤煤尘爆炸性影响因素试验研究
Experimental study on bituminous coal dust explosibility influence factors
摘要
Abstract
In order to study the influence factors on bituminous coal dust explosibility,ten types of coal samples are selected,coal dust explosibility identification test is carried out,and particle sizes distribution and industrial analysis indexes are measrued.Study result shows that flame length of 0.075 mm coal dust is longer than that of 0.2 mm.Since small particle size of coal dust presents larger surface area and higher turbulence,the explosibility is strong.Calculated results of particle size variation coefficient show that the higher the dust particle size distribution,the longer the flame length,and the stronger the explosibility.0~15 tm small particle size coal dust has great effect on explosibility.Industrial analysis result shows that when 10%<V<35%,volatile plays a significant role in promoting coal dust explosibility;when 0%< M <4%,it is sensitive area of moisture suppressing coal dust explosion;when 12%< A <30%,ash plays a significant role on explosion suppression.关键词
