Effect of electromagnetic stirring on macrostructure and segregation in Al-17Si-4Cu alloy
摘要
Abstract
In order to improve the performance of the aluminum alloy prepared by semi-solid processing technology,this paper studied the influence of the electromagnetic stirring current on microstructure and distribution of Cu elements in semi-solid Al-17Si-4Cu alloy.The results show that the primary silicon becomes refiner and rounder,and the quantity of eutectic silicon increase,which distribute uniformly at the condition of the electromagnetic stirring.At the same time,the electromagnetic stirring improves the segregation of Cu element.When the stirring current is 100A,the size of eutectic silicon becomes larger,and the distribution of Cu element is not uniform.The optimal electromagnetic stirring current is 80A.关键词
