氩弧熔覆铁基TiB2-A12O3复合涂层耐蚀性
Corrosion resistance of iron-based composite coatings by argon arc cladding
摘要
Abstract
In order to improve the static corrosion behavior of Q235 steel,the TiB2-Al2O3 composite coating on the surface of Q235 was prepared by using argon arc cladding technology and through in situ synthesis reaction with iron-based,B4C,TiO2 and Al.The organization structure,microhardness and corrosion resistance of the composite coating were characterized.Results show that there are TiB2,Al2O3,TiC,Fe2B phase in TIG cladding,and microhardness can reach 913.5 HV0.2;the acid corrosion is 2.63 times;the salt water corrosion resistance is 2.48 times;the coal water corrosion resistance is 2.59 times,and the artificial seawater corrosion is 2.60 times.The composite coating improved the corrosion resistance of the matrix in various corrosive media.关键词
